Teach Smarter™ Membership Terms
The Mindfulness Movement LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates Teach Smarter™, a monthly membership for yoga and mindfulness educators. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
1. Membership & Billing
Teach Smarter is a recurring subscription, billed automatically to the payment method on file.
Annual Rate: $750/year, billed once annually — equivalent to two months free versus monthly billing. Members may choose either billing option at signup.
Monthly Rate: $75/month, effective on the date of sign-up.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. We may update pricing for new subscribers at any time; changes will not apply to an existing member's locked rate during its lock period.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing [tara@themindfulnessmovement.net]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access through the period you've already paid for.
If you cancel and later resubscribe, you will be enrolled at then-current Regular pricing, not your original Founding rate; Founding pricing is available only during the original enrollment window.
3. Refunds
Membership payments are non-refundable, including partial-month or partial-year refunds for early cancellation. This reflects the same policy already in place for our physical products.

4. Content License & Usage
Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use each month's lesson plans, curriculum materials, and digital badge designs in your own classroom, studio, or program.
Materials may not be resold, redistributed, shared outside your own teaching practice, or posted publicly (including on shared drives, marketplaces, or social media as downloadable files). This mirrors the personal/classroom-use terms already in place on our sticker products.
Each month's materials are available inside the member site during that month only. When a new month's content is published, the previous month's page is removed for all members, regardless of how long you've been subscribed. We recommend downloading each month's files promptly, as we cannot guarantee access to prior months once they've rotated out.
All content remains the copyrighted property of The Mindfulness Movement LLC. The Teach Smarter™ name, The Mindfulness Movement™ name, and associated badge designs are trademarks of The Mindfulness Movement LLC.
5. Live Coaching Calls
Members have access to one monthly flagship coaching call, kept intentionally small so it stays interactive. All members, including anyone outside the live-call group, receive the call recording and access to our private community space.
Calls may be recorded for replay purposes. By attending live, you consent to being included in that recording; you're welcome to keep your camera off.
Recordings are for your personal use as a subscriber and may not be redistributed or re-shared outside the membership.
Live call scheduling, format, and capacity may be adjusted as the membership grows; we'll communicate any changes in advance.
6. Physical Add-On Products
Monthly sticker badge sheets are a separate, optional add-on purchase and are not included in the base membership. Purchasing the add-on authorizes a charge in addition to your membership fee.
Sticker sheets are for personal and classroom use only; resale is prohibited, consistent with our existing physical product terms.
7. Changes to the Program or These Terms
We may update these terms, the membership's included content, or its structure over time. Material changes (including price changes affecting your current rate) will be communicated by email in advance.
Continued membership after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
