Looking for a fun, engaging, and enriching after-school activity that goes beyond just keeping kids busy? Our Kids Yoga Clubs in partnership with Mounds View Community Education offer an exciting way for children to move, breathe, and grow—both physically and mentally.

Here’s how it works:

  • Clubs with the highest number of sign-ups are prioritized to run.

  • Schools that reach the minimum enrollment goal FIRST are guaranteed a fall session.

  • The sooner you register and share, the more likely it is your school will host a club!

  • Today’s kids face busy schedules, school stress, and screen time overload. Our after-school yoga and mindfulness classes help kids:
    ✅ Build strength, flexibility, and coordination through fun yoga flows
    ✅ Develop focus and emotional regulation with breathing techniques
    ✅ Cultivate confidence and self-awareness through mindful movement
    ✅ Learn teamwork and respect with group activities and games

Looking for meaningful, creative, and calming enrichment for your child after school?
We’ve got you covered.

Make & Take: Calming Creations (After School Enrichment)

A fun and creative way to unwind after a busy school day!
Students will explore mindful art and sensory play while creating calming, take-home crafts designed to soothe, center, and inspire.

✨ Activities include:

  • Week 1: Falling Snow Sensory Bottles – swirl calming snow scenes you can hold in your hands

  • Week 2: Snowflake Slime – stretchy, sparkly, and perfect for chilly day play

  • Week 3: Gingerbread Play Dough – create and sculpt with this soft, spiced dough that smells like winter joy

Each project is paired with a simple relaxation technique to help kids slow down, feel grounded, and bring mindfulness home.

Pose & Play: Themed Yoga & Mindfulness Parties

Make the most of your child's day off with this energizing and enriching experience!


Each 3-hour mini retreat features movement, creativity, and mindfulness through themed yoga adventures and playful SEL activities.

🧘 Includes:

  • Themed Yoga Flows

  • Mindful Group Games

  • Creative, Seasonal Take-Home Crafts

From snowy yoga journeys to gratitude challenges and calming crafts, kids leave feeling both energized and at peace.

Led by trusted expert Tara, our classes are grounded in compassion, experience, and evidence-based practices. With a background in child psychology, trauma-informed care, and over 5,000 classes taught, Tara brings heart, skill, and deep knowledge to every session. She’s passionate about making mindfulness and movement accessible for all kids and families.
