Join licensed teacher and certified yoga instructor Tara for engaging Middle School Yoga & Mindfulness workshops designed to help teens reduce stress, build confidence, and connect with community.

What T(w)eens Will Experience

In each session, students will explore the art of positive self-expression through a balance of:

  • Yoga and mindfulness practices to ground, stretch, and calm the body.

  • Meditation, breathwork, and mindful journaling to manage stress and support emotional regulation.

  • Empowerment strategies and conversations about identity, self-love, and affirmations that inspire resilience.

  • Hands-on DIY projects that turn creativity into a personal mindfulness tool.

These workshops foster confidence, self-care, and authentic peer connections in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

Creative DIY Project

To close the session, each participant will design their own Empowerment Project—a personalized keepsake. This project serves as a lasting reminder of their unique strengths and can be used as a mindfulness tool long after the workshop ends.
