Programs & Classes Overview
Yoga & Mindfulness Programs Designed for Real Growth — Not Just One-Time Enrichment
Today’s kids are navigating more stress and pressure than ever — our programs give them tools to slow down, build confidence, and feel calm in their own bodies.
The Mindfulness Movement™ offers a variety of kids yoga, family yoga, mindfulness, social-emotional learning, and adult mindful movement programs designed to support emotional regulation, confidence, focus, and overall well-being for every stage of life.
Our programs are offered year-round in welcoming community locations throughout the Twin Cities, as well as through select school and Community Education partnerships across Minnesota. Families often first discover our classes through local schools and continue their child’s mindfulness journey through our ongoing community programs, which provide greater consistency, smaller group experiences, and predictable scheduling.
Whether you’re looking for a supportive after-school option, a meaningful family wellness experience, a non-school day camp, or a calm and engaging class for yourself, The Mindfulness Movement™ provides accessible, inclusive programs that help participants build lifelong tools for calm, connection, and resilience through movement and mindfulness.
Small-group, licensed teacher-led yoga and mindfulness programs helping kids and families build confidence, emotional regulation, and calm through consistent, supportive experiences.
Serving families across New Brighton, Roseville, White Bear Lake, and surrounding Twin Cities communities.

Mindful Movement for Every Stage of Life
While many families know The Mindfulness Movement™ through children’s programs, our approach to mindfulness and movement supports participants of all ages. Adult yoga and mindful movement classes provide a welcoming space to slow down, reduce stress, and reconnect through intentional movement and breath.
Adult classes are where parents experience the same calming tools and mindful practices their children learn — creating shared language and emotional connection at home.
Many parents first join an adult session to experience the approach themselves before enrolling their child.
Why Families Continue With The Mindfulness Movement™ Year After Year
Many families first discover our programs through their child’s school — but choose to continue through our community studio sessions for something deeper.
Our small-group approach allows children to build trust, confidence, and emotional skills over time, not just during a single session or seasonal program.
Parents often tell us they notice:
✓ calmer transitions at home
✓ improved emotional regulation
✓ stronger confidence and self-awareness
✓ tools their child actually uses in real life
Because growth doesn’t happen in one class — it happens through consistency, connection, and supportive relationships.
That’s why our independent programs are designed as ongoing wellness experiences, giving children a predictable space each week to reset, grow, and feel successful.
A New Way to Experience Kids Yoga & Mindfulness
Many families first discover The Mindfulness Movement™ through school and Community Education programs — but choose to continue through our studio-style sessions for deeper growth and consistency.
Unlike one-time enrichment classes, our small-group programs are designed to help children build trust, confidence, and emotional skills over time. Students work with the same licensed teacher each week in a calm, supportive environment where progress feels natural and lasting.
Families appreciate predictable scheduling, smaller group sizes, and programs intentionally created to support real emotional and physical well-being — not just activity time.
✔ Same licensed teacher each week
