Digital Product Terms & Conditions

Thank you for purchasing from The Mindfulness Movement™. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following legally binding terms.

1. Payment & Refund Policy

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted once access has been delivered.

All prices are listed in USD and payment is due in full at checkout.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting The Mindfulness Movement™ to resolve the issue may result in permanent revocation of access to purchased materials and restriction from future purchases.

2. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically via email, direct download, Google Drive, Canva link, or other digital delivery platform after payment is received.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that their email address is entered correctly at checkout.

3. License Grant (Single-User License)

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, single-user license.

You MAY:

  • Use the resource in your own classroom, sessions, camps, or business.

  • Print copies for students or participants within your direct care.

  • Use the materials in live, in-person or virtual instruction.

You MAY NOT:

  • Share the files with other teachers, staff, colleagues, or organizations.

  • Upload the files to shared drives, membership platforms, Facebook groups, or course portals.

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials.

  • Claim the materials as your own work.

  • Remove The Mindfulness Movement™ branding or copyright notices.

  • Add your own logo in place of The Mindfulness Movement™ branding.

  • Modify, repackage, or alter the materials for resale or redistribution.

  • Use the materials to create derivative digital products for sale.

  • Use the materials to train AI systems, create datasets, or generate derivative AI content.

Each additional teacher, staff member, or location requires a separate license purchase.

4. Commercial & Rebranding Rights

Commercial use, white-label rights, or logo replacement rights are NOT included in standard purchases.

Unauthorized commercial use or rebranding constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, including but not limited to:

  • Designs

  • Worksheets

  • Lesson plans

  • Templates

  • Branding

  • Graphics

  • Course content

  • Copywriting

  • Product names (including Wickedly Mindful™, Calming Creations™, etc.)

are the intellectual property of The Mindfulness Movement™ and are protected under United States copyright law.

No ownership rights are transferred through purchase.

6. No Guarantees

Educational materials are provided as-is.

The Mindfulness Movement™ makes no guarantees regarding specific business, financial, behavioral, or enrollment outcomes from use of these materials.

7. Enforcement

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, rebranding, resale, or distribution of these materials constitutes copyright infringement.

The Mindfulness Movement™ reserves the right to:

  • Revoke access without refund

  • Issue formal cease-and-desist notices

  • Pursue damages to the fullest extent permitted by law

Ongoing technical support, customization, or business coaching is not included unless otherwise specified.

9. Agreement

By purchasing and accessing these materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
