Mindful Movement Kids Yoga Club™
Weekly after-school yoga and mindfulness sessions giving students practical tools for emotional regulation, focus, and calm — in the familiar setting of their own school.

MINDFULNESS & CREATIVE ARTS · GRADES K–12
Make & Take: Calming Creations™
Students design and build their own calming tools — sensory bottles, breathing kits, affirmation stones — that they take home and use long after the session ends.
One-of-a-kind in the Twin Cities. There is nothing else like this program available through Community Education in the north metro.
