After a full day of school, many children need a chance to move, reset, and recharge — not more pressure or competition.
Mindful Movement Kids Yoga Club™ gives children a supportive space to stretch, play, and learn calming tools through yoga, mindfulness, and creative movement designed just for kids.
Led by licensed teacher and mindfulness educator Tara Willits, this weekly program blends playful yoga, breathing exercises, and social-emotional learning to help children feel confident, regulated, and connected.
Each session helps children:
✨ Build confidence and self-awareness
✨ Learn calming strategies for big emotions
✨ Improve focus and listening skills
✨ Strengthen coordination and body awareness
✨ Practice kindness, cooperation, and positive connection
What kids experience each week:
Playful yoga poses and movement games
Mindfulness and breathing activities
Imagination-based relaxation and guided calm moments
Confidence and friendship-building activities
A welcoming, inclusive environment where every child belongs
No yoga experience is needed — just comfortable clothes and a readiness to move and have fun.
This is not a competitive activity.
It’s a space where kids can move freely, feel successful, and leave feeling calm and proud of themselves.
