Celebrate the New Year with movement, mindfulness, and meaningful family connection! This Family Yoga and Vision Board Workshop is an interactive wellness experience designed to help children and their caregivers reflect, dream, and set positive intentions for the year ahead.
Families will enjoy playful partner yoga poses, calming breathing exercises, and guided mindfulness activities before creating personalized vision boards filled with goals, dreams, and affirmations. No yoga or art experience is needed—just come ready to move, create, and connect!
