Kids Yoga, Mindfulness & Emotional Wellness Programs
The Mindfulness Movement offers a variety of kids yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning programs designed to support children’s emotional regulation, confidence, focus, and well-being.
Our programs are offered before and after school, on non-school days, and in community settings, partnering with schools and Community Education programs across Minnesota.

Playful, age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness classes designed for elementary-aged children. These classes support emotional regulation, body awareness, confidence, and focus through movement, breathing, and mindful play.
Available before and after school through Community Education.

Programs for Kids & Tweens
Make & Take: Calming Creations
A creative mindfulness class where kids design calming sensory tools and mindful art projects they can take home and use again. Each session blends creativity with breathing and grounding techniques for a calming after-school reset.
Offered before and after school at select schools.
Middle School Mindful Movement
(Grades 6–8)
A supportive, non-competitive mindfulness and yoga program created specifically for middle school students. Classes focus on stress management, confidence, body awareness, and emotional regulation — without pressure or performance.
Offered after school and through community partnerships.
Camps & School-Day Alternatives
Pose & Play: Non-School Day Camps
Themed yoga and mindfulness retreats offered on non-school days, school breaks, and in-service days. Each camp blends movement, creativity, and relaxation in a joyful, screen-free environment.
Offered in Roseville and White Bear Lake, MN.
Programs for Families & Communities
Family Yoga & Mindfulness Experiences
Interactive family yoga classes and workshops designed to strengthen connection, communication, and calm. These sessions invite parents and children to move, breathe, and practice mindfulness together.

Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga and mindfulness classes for adults looking to slow down, stretch, and reconnect. These offerings support stress relief, relaxation, and nervous system balance.
Summer Yoga & Mindfulness Camps
Seasonal camps designed for kids to move, create, and reset during summer break. These multi-day camps blend yoga, mindfulness, creative projects, and relaxation in a fun, supportive environment.
