A real, functional tool designed for actual use — not a generic craft project.
3
SEL Reflection Journal
Structured worksheet with emotion vocabulary, coping strategy identification, and when-to-use prompts. CASEL-aligned.
4
Guided Mindfulness Practice
A facilitated breathing or grounding practice woven into the creation process — not just added on at the end.

SEL CURRICULUM — IN EVERY SESSION
Learning Through Reflection — Every Class

✔ Build language around when and how to use each strategy
✔ Connect the physical tool to an internal experience
✔ Create a personal plan: "Next time I feel ___, I will ___"
