THE MINDFULNESS MOVEMENT™
Program Policies & Registration Terms
Our goal is to create a calm, supportive, and positive experience for every child and family. The following policies help ensure programs run smoothly while protecting class quality and instructor preparation.
By registering for a program, families agree to the policies outlined below.
📅 Registration & Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your child’s spot.
Enrollment is limited to maintain small, supportive class sizes.
Registration closes once programs reach capacity.
Spots cannot be held without completed registration.
💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because materials, staffing, and space rentals are planned in advance:
All registrations are non-refundable unless a program is canceled by The Mindfulness Movement™.
If your child cannot attend, you may request a program credit when notice is provided at least 48 hours before the first class.
Program credits:
Are valid for future programs when space is available
Are non-transferable
Expire after 6 months
No refunds or credits are issued for missed classes once a program has begun.
🔁 Missed Classes & Make-Ups
We understand that schedules can change.
However, make-up classes are not guaranteed due to limited class sizes and structured programming.
Missed sessions cannot be refunded or prorated.
⏰ Late Arrival & Pick-Up Policy
Please arrive on time to support a calm transition into class.
Children should be picked up promptly at program end time.
If late pickup becomes recurring:
Families may be charged a late pickup fee of $10 per 10 minutes.
Continued late pickup may result in removal from the program for safety reasons.
🤒 Illness Policy
Please keep your child home if they are experiencing:
Fever within 24 hours
Contagious illness symptoms
Vomiting or flu-like symptoms
This helps maintain a healthy environment for all participants.
🧘 Participation & Behavior Expectations
