A calm, confidence-building space designed just for middle schoolers.
Middle school can feel overwhelming — academic pressure, social stress, busy schedules, and constant stimulation often leave kids feeling anxious, disconnected, or mentally exhausted after school.
Mindful Movement Yoga Club™ gives students a supportive environment where they can reset, move their bodies, and learn real-life tools for managing stress and emotions.
Led by licensed teacher and mindfulness educator Tara Willits, this weekly program blends mindful movement, yoga, and social-emotional learning in a way that feels age-appropriate, engaging, and pressure-free.
Each session helps students:
✨ Reduce stress and anxiety
✨ Build emotional regulation skills
✨ Improve focus and body awareness
✨ Strengthen confidence and self-connection
✨ Develop healthy coping tools they can use at school and at home
Students will experience:
Mindful movement & yoga flows designed for teens
Breathing and nervous system regulation techniques
Relaxation and grounding practices
Confidence-building reflection activities
A welcoming, judgment-free community
No prior yoga experience is needed — just comfortable clothes and a willingness to try something new.
This is not a competitive activity.
It’s a place to pause, recharge, and feel good being yourself.
