Children design and build their own calming tools — sensory bottles, breathing kits, affirmation crafts — that they take home and actually use long after class ends.

On non-school days and school breaks, give your child something immersive, joyful, and genuinely enriching. Pose & Play™ camps are themed half-day experiences that blend yoga movement, mindfulness, creative projects, and guided relaxation.
Each camp is its own complete world — with a theme, a story, movement, creativity, and a take-home project.

All Centennial programs are rooted in the curriculum of founder Tara Willits — a trauma-informed wellness educator whose background in child development, school settings, and SEL informs every session. Tara designed Make & Take: Calming Creations™ and Pose & Play™ from scratch — and there's nothing else like either of them in the Twin Cities.
