Join us for a Family Yoga & Mindfulness Vision Board Workshop—a meaningful, movement-based experience designed for kids and their grown-ups to slow down, connect, and set intentions together.
This guided workshop blends:
Gentle family yoga
Simple mindfulness practices
Creative vision board making
Thoughtful conversation that supports emotional growth
Families will move their bodies, reflect on what matters most, and create a vision board that represents their hopes, goals, and values—all in a calm, welcoming environment.
✨ All materials included
✨ No yoga or mindfulness experience needed
✨ Designed for children ages 3–12 and their caregivers
Space is intentionally limited to maintain a peaceful, supportive experience.
Date: Saturday, January 31st
Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Each registration includes one adult and one child.
Families may add one additional adult or child for $10. (Cash or Venmo)
Advance registration required.
Class Minimum & Refund Policy
This workshop requires a minimum of 5 families to run. If the minimum enrollment is not met, families will be notified in advance and will receive a full refund.
