This month's done-for-you lessons, ready to teach!
Lesson 1: Ready Body
Children notice their energy and body signals, choose a supportive option, and begin with one manageable step. Visual pose cards introduce NOTICE → CHOOSE → BEGIN through mindful movement and gameplay.
Lesson 2: I Can Return
Children learn that attention naturally moves and practice returning without shame. Book-balancing challenges help them notice feedback, adjust their support, and begin again.
Lesson 3: One Small Step
Children explore how to begin when something feels difficult, unfamiliar, or unclear. They choose manageable first steps and create their own safe balancing poses during gameplay.
Lesson 4: Ready to Learn
Children combine the month’s skills with increasing independence. They recall familiar poses, choose helpful adaptations, and use NOTICE → CHOOSE → BEGIN in learning situations.
