Make & Take: Calming Creations is a hands-on enrichment class where kids create soothing sensory projects designed to spark creativity, boost emotional regulation, and promote calm.
Each week features a new mindful art or sensory craft they’ll get to make and take home, turning every class into a personal toolkit for relaxation and self-expression.

Our winter creations bring comfort and calm during the colder months with soothing textures and festive fun:
Week 1: Falling Snow Sensory Bottles – swirl calming snow scenes you can hold in your hands
Week 2: Snowflake Slime – stretchy, sparkly, and perfect for chilly day play
Week 3: Gingerbread Play Dough – create and sculpt with this soft, spiced dough that smells like winter joy
