Minimum Enrollment & Camp Cancellations

All camps require a minimum number of enrolled participants to run. The Mindfulness Movement reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a camp if minimum enrollment is not met.

In the event of cancellation by The Mindfulness Movement, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer enrollment to another available program.

Refund Policy

Due to the small-group, boutique nature of our camps:

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 14+ days before the camp start date

• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7–13 days before the start date

• No refunds within 7 days of camp start

Refunds are not provided for missed days due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts.

Behavioral Expectations

Our camps are designed to be calm, supportive environments. If a child’s behavior consistently interferes with the safety or experience of the group, The Mindfulness Movement reserves the right to discontinue participation. Refunds in these situations are handled at our discretion.

Enrollment indicates agreement with all policies above.
