The Mindfulness Movement provides after-school mindfulness programs, kids yoga clubs, non-school day enrichment camps, and summer camps for elementary and middle school students in Blaine, Mounds View, Roseville, Shoreview, New Brighton, White Bear Lake, and surrounding Minnesota communities.

Our programs are rooted in the curriculum and expertise of founder Tara Willits — a trauma-informed educator with a Child Psychology degree and 5,000+ classes taught — and delivered by a carefully selected team of trained wellness educators.
