A Cozy Fall No-School Day Camp for Kids
Looking for a fun no-school day camp in New Brighton, MN? The Pumpkin Spice Party is a playful fall experience filled with kids yoga, mindful movement, sensory activities, creativity, and plenty of giggles.
Designed for children in grades K–6, this three-hour camp gives kids an active and engaging way to spend their day off from school while building balance, body awareness, confidence, and connection.
What Will Kids Do at the Pumpkin Spice Party?
During this cozy fall camp, children will:
Balance and stretch through pumpkin-themed yoga poses
Create and explore with pumpkin spice play dough
Play mindful movement games, including Pass the Pumpkin
Practice simple breathing and calming strategies
Enjoy sensory-rich, screen-free fall activities
Build confidence, creativity, and friendships
No previous yoga experience is needed. Activities are beginner-friendly and adaptable so every child can participate in a way that feels safe, steady, and fun.

The Pumpkin Spice Party is presented by The Mindfulness Movement™ and led by Tara Willits, a trauma-informed educator with a degree in child psychology and experience teaching more than 5,000 children’s yoga and mindfulness classes.
Who Is This Camp For?
This fall camp is perfect for elementary-aged children who enjoy movement, yoga, crafts, sensory play, seasonal activities, or making new friends. No yoga experience is necessary, and children do not need to be especially flexible, athletic, or outgoing to participate.
