Pose & Play: Puppy Yoga is a cozy kids yoga and mindfulness retreat where movement, creativity, and kindness come together. Designed for elementary-aged children, this licensed-teacher-led experience helps kids relax, build confidence, and enjoy a joyful morning of playful yoga and creative activities.

During Puppy Yoga, children adopt their own stuffed puppy and enjoy a morning filled with movement, imagination, and mindfulness.

Kids will:

• Practice playful yoga inspired by puppy poses

• Create a custom puppy collar

• Participate in calming mindfulness games

• Build confidence through creative expression

• Take home their new furry friend

This boutique-style retreat blends kids yoga, social-emotional learning, and creative play in a calm and supportive environment.
