Meet Your Instructor
Pose & Play™ Puppy Yoga retreats are created and led by licensed teacher and mindfulness educator Tara Willits, founder of The Mindfulness Movement™.
Tara brings years of experience teaching yoga, mindfulness, and social emotional learning to children in schools and community programs across Minnesota.
Her programs blend movement, creativity, and evidence-based mindfulness tools to help children build confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience.
