What Is Bluey’s Summer Adventure?
Bluey’s Summer Adventure is a playful, connection-based yoga and mindfulness experience designed especially for little ones and their grown-ups.
Inspired by the joyful, imaginative spirit of Bluey, this class blends movement, pretend play, and calming moments into a gentle, engaging experience that feels like stepping into your own backyard adventure.
This isn’t a loud or overwhelming class — it’s a thoughtfully designed, small-group experience where children feel safe to explore, connect, and build confidence alongside a trusted adult.
Every Family Goes Home With:
💙 A Bluey-inspired craft project
✨ A custom collectible sticker sheet
💛 A simple calming tool or mindfulness card for home
Everything is included in your registration — no prep, no extra supplies needed.
What You’ll Experience Together:
✔ Play “Keepy Uppy” with balloons
✔ Explore a Bluey-themed sensory play station
✔ Move through a backyard-style obstacle course (balance beams, stepping stones & more)
✔ Participate in playful yoga & movement games
✔ Try “yoga freeze dance” and other connection-based activities
✔ Practice simple calming and breathing tools for little bodies
✔ Enjoy gentle, cozy connection moments between caregiver and child

Bluey’s Summer Adventure is created and led by teacher Tara Willits, founder of The Mindfulness Movement™ — a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness educator with a Child Psychology degree and over 5,000 classes taught.
This experience is supported by a professional wellness team, creating a safe, welcoming environment where both children and caregivers feel comfortable and supported.

What should we wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in. No special gear needed — mats are provided.
Do caregivers participate?
Yes! This is a shared experience designed for connection between you and your child.
