Mindful Movement Confidence Camp is a boutique summer camp experience for children ages 6–10 who love to move, dance, and express themselves in a calm, supportive environment.
This studio-based camp blends creative dance, yoga, and mindfulness to help children build confidence, body awareness, and emotional regulation—without competition, pressure, or performance expectations.
Unlike large school-based programs, this camp is intentionally capped to provide individualized attention and a peaceful pace that supports both physical movement and nervous system regulation.
This camp is ideal for children who:
Love dance, yoga, and/or creative movement
Feel emotions strongly in their bodies
Thrive in smaller, intentional groups
Benefit from confidence-building experiences
