Confidence in Motion: Tween Self-Expression Camp (Ages 9–13)

Confidence in Motion is a premium summer camp for tweens designed to support confidence, emotional regulation, and self-expression through movement and mindfulness.

This boutique, studio-based camp is thoughtfully created for tweens navigating changing bodies, emotions, and social dynamics. Campers engage in expressive movement, journaling, creative DIY projects, and calming practices in a judgment-free environment that supports confidence and emotional awareness.

Group size is intentionally limited to ensure emotional safety, connection, and individualized guidance.

• Price: $345 per child
