Mindful Movement Kids™ gives children a supportive space to stretch, play, and learn calming tools through yoga, mindfulness, and creative movement designed just for kids!
Led by licensed teacher and mindfulness educator Tara Willits, this small-group program blends playful yoga, breathing exercises, and social-emotional learning to help children feel confident, regulated, and connected. Tara has experience teaching thousands of children through school programs and community education partnerships.
This program helps children:
Build confidence and self-awareness
Learn calming strategies for big emotions

Mindful Movement Collective™ - Studio Series gives students a supportive environment where they can reset, move their bodies, and learn real-life tools for managing stress and emotions.
Led by licensed teacher and mindfulness educator Tara Willits, this weekly program blends mindful movement, yoga, and social-emotional learning in a way that feels age-appropriate, engaging, and pressure-free.
